Jason Geoffrion, MA

Managing Director

Jason Geoffrion, MA, is a ceremonialist, life coach, healer, guide, community builder, mentor, teacher, and poet. As a facilitator of ritual and ceremony he is devoted to supporting men, women, youth, and elders in all their passages, thresholds, and gateways throughout the lifespan.

As Managing Director of the Men’s Leadership Alliance, Jason is dedicated to bringing about its mission of inspiring authentic living in the service of a just, joyful and sustainable world. Jason guides rites of passages, wilderness trips, camping excursions, father/son programs and leadership retreats for people of all ages. Jason also works extensively with Wilderness Rites, LLC guiding Vision Fasts for men and women, as well as working with the nonprofit Golden Bridge staffing the Surfing the Creative program and delving into the 5 Rhythms Somatic dance. He is certified as a 4 Gateways Life Coach with the goal of providing individual and group opportunities to further deepen into all life has to offer. Jason taught high school students in settings from public schools to treatment centers to youth jails, and also has extensive experience working in mental health facilities throughout the country.

Through all of Jason’s experiences he has felt a deep desire from people to have meaningful connection with themselves and others, and has seen the dire ramifications when that connection is absent. Jason's purpose in this lifetime is to create spaces where individually and collectively people can access their authentic selves and discover what they have to give to themselves, their people, communities and the world. He is actively striving to bring ceremony and ritual back into regular community practice, as well as striving to build intergenerational bridges between empowered men and women, while working to create new opportunities that serve to support more modern concepts of community.
