We are looking forward to another rich soul and joyful men’s fast this coming June 20-28. Based in Eldora where I live for pre and post fast preparation and councils. The mountains are lush with water and brilliant wildflowers that time of year. There are a number of greatly dedicated and beautiful men signed up now. If you have ever considered this experience in your life this may be the opportunity. Across time and culture this ancient ceremony has been a powerful and compassionate process that reveals our greatest potential, healing and knowing of ones home place on earth and in body.

This year Jonathan Hefter is coming back to help support and guide with me. He has great knowledge and respect for the ceremony, a deep love of the human story and the earth.
