The Men’s Leadership Alliance has been facilitating men’s work and effective programs for 28 years. A grassroots organization founded by Tom Daly, Jeffrey Duvall, and Keith Fairmont, MLA has helped thousands of men, young and old, take the challenging yet critical inner journey of soul work.
The effects of MLA programs are incredible: men have found their true purpose, healed from inconsolable grief, discovered courage, strength, ambition, love, and unearthed shame, sorrow, and hopelessness. They’ve found the roots of their jealousy, anger, and other destructive emotions, and navigated these through facilitated processes and workshops carefully designed to guide men back to their core of wholeness, worthiness and purpose.
So many men have found their true gifts, their genius, and their unique contribution to society, and learned how to bring these gifts into their lives, jobs, families, and in service to the world.
The ripple effect of these profound transformations begins with spouses, partners and children, healing wounds of lineage, breaking chains of dysfunction, and bringing authentic and compassionate consciousness and presence into these most precious relationships. As these children have grown, they are becoming whole, beautiful and powerful people who have an intrinsic sense of their own worth and an unprecedented ability to show up for themselves, their communities, and the world. This generation of children that has grown from men who have dared to embrace their own soul work is a vision of hope for our society and future generations.
But our work is just beginning. So many men are desperate for the permission to untangle the knots in their souls. So many are still chasing money or relationship as a balm to their deepest uncertainties, or reacting to the world with destructive behaviors, emotions or beliefs, passed down through their lineage, without recourse to change.
In fact, this is a critical time for all of us. With all of the rapid transition in the world; with the shadow of violence expressed in wars, terrorism, schools, and even our movies and stories; with the shadow of fear rippling through our sense of financial security and our sense of environmental survival; we need now, more than ever, to create and hold the container for men to come and heal. We need to preserve the opportunity for men to brave their soul work in a safe and facilitated way, to find their courage and strength, and to uncover and bring their true gifts to the world in service for themselves, their families and communities, and for all.
We are asking you to join us and support us in this important quest and critical mission. Without financial supporters like you, we cannot succeed at bringing these profoundly impactful programs to men. Help us make the positive difference that together we can make in the world by making a donation now.
We invite you to continue this incredible and necessary journey of soul work, of healing, and of hope. Together we can make a difference.
