It’s a new YEAR, but is it really a new YOU?
Are your new year’s “resolutions” among the 8% that succeed?
Come get support to carry out your intentions for the new year.
Recent research shows that 92% of new year’s resolutions fail and only 8% succeed. This may have a lot to do with how we set goals for ourselves, how we desire change in our lives, and how we carry out those goals or not. A new year brings opportunity to create anew in our lives yet how do we create new visions and carry out new actions that ensure success? How will you tell your story of 2019 in the years to come?
Facilitated by Jason Geoffrion, Ph.D and Jake Lohwater, LCSW, this intention setting gathering will include opportunities to clarify the vision, the actions, and the supports you want and need for the new year.
We will share and learn from each other ways we can create more aligned goals and objectives for the year ahead. Through sharing our stories and bearing witness to others during this time of renewal and inspiration we can optimize our intentions for the year ahead with the support of community.
*MLA’s Community Talks Series are a great place to have honest conversations about the modern challenges we face every day. This is a men’s only event.*
